Only the project team and the Server Chief Admin may add players to the leadership position blacklist. Any player may appeal this decision to the Administration Management. Example reasons for being added to the BL: Selling in-game currency, items, accounts, etc. Causing harm to the project, including reputational damage, aiding or covering for players, or any other direct interaction with players who cause serious harm to the project. Leaking personal data or private photos of players. Hacking players' in-game accounts. Note: - Players with this status lose access to all project features. They cannot create a new account or continue playing. - Removal from BL is reviewed individually by the Special Administration. Position Blacklist (hereinafter: Position BL) 1. Position BL is a blacklist that restricts a player's access to the positions of leader, deputy, or administrator. 2. Only the project team and the chief administrator have the right to add players to the Position BL. Any player may submit an appeal to the Administration Management. Approximate reasons for being added to the Position BL: Failure to serve the minimum term as deputy, leader, or administrator. Multiple violations of the rules for deputies, leaders, or administrators, or general project rules. Inappropriate behavior toward leaders, administrators, or players (including mentioning/insulting relatives). Buying in-game currency, accounts, or items for real money in any form. Favoritism while holding a deputy/leader/administrator position. Serious violations while holding these positions (player scams, fraud, etc.). Leaking restricted information. Leaking a faction's internal data. Selling ranks (both for in-game and real currency). Deceiving the administration. Using administrative positions for personal benefit. Transferring an in-game account Evading an existing Position BL. Administration Blacklist: Players on this list cannot become administrators on any server. However, they may continue playing and may still hold leader or deputy positions within factions. - Responsible for issuing this BL: Chief Administrator - Duration: from 30 days to permanent. Permanent blacklisting is determined by the Senior Administration for serious violations. - If you are blacklisted for a fixed term, removal is only possible after the term ends. Leader Blacklist: Having this status restricts access to the leader position on all servers. Players may still play on the project and hold high ranks within factions, including deputy or senior staff positions. - Responsible for issuing this BL - Chief Administrator Duration: from 30 days to permanent. Permanent listings are decided by the Chief Administrator in serious cases. - If you are blacklisted for a fixed term, removal is only possible after the term ends. - Players permanently added to the Leader Blacklist may be removed only under these conditions (reviewed individually by the Special Administration): Active work as a deputy (helping the leader with global/standard RP events and other activities). Serving more than three terms as a deputy and taking the leader position only through appointment, etc. Deputies Blacklist: Having this status prohibits holding the deputy position in factions on all servers. Players can still play and hold high faction ranks (up to rank 8). Responsible for issuing this BL: Chief Administrator. Duration: from 14 days to permanent. Permanent blacklisting is determined by the Chief Administrator (for serious violations). Removal from the Position BL is reviewed individually by the Special Administration. Note: To check if you are on the Position BL, message any Chief Administrator. Two Position Blacklist types exist: temporary and permanent. Temporary BL cannot be appealed before expiration (exceptions may be made by the Special Administration). The minimum term of Position BL cannot be appealed. Faction BL is a restriction imposed by a specific faction on a player, preventing them from joining that organization. It may be issued for violating internal faction rules, in-game laws, repeated failure to perform duties, harming the organization, or disrupting its normal functioning. Only the leader, their deputy, or Supervisor or higher may issue a Faction BL. Responsible for issuing: Leader, Deputy Leader, Supervisor and higher A player added to Faction BL cannot join the faction in which they are blacklisted. The Global Faction BL is a punishment for serious violations. It restricts access to all government factions temporarily or permanently. The player loses the ability to progress in police, army, government, or other state structures. Only the Government Leader or their deputy and a Supervisor or higher may issue a Global Faction BL Reasons vary widely: repeat server rule violations, abuse of game mechanics, destructive behavior that harms other players' experience, etc. Each server has a dedicated Global Faction BL thread in the Government or state organizations discord section, where full details can be found. Responsible for issuing: Government Leader, Supervisor and higher If a player is under Global Faction BL, they are automatically added to /black in all factions (reason: Global Faction BL). Note: You can check your Faction BL or Global Faction BL in your server's faction section or state organizations section. - Players under Global Faction BL may still hold deputy or leader posts. - Appeals for Faction BL or Global BL are handled by server administration and then escalated through the hierarchy if needed. - Both Faction BL and Global BL can be temporary or permanent.
