2.5. Complaints, applications for positions, reports, etc. must be reviewed within 24 hours.

  1. General Rules.

3.1. Disbanding an organization completely is prohibited without approval from the supervising administration. At most, the high command may be demoted.

3.2. If a leader leaves their position before completing the required term, they are removed from the position and issued a warning. The appointment day does not count toward the term, since the leader does not complete the required activity quota on that day.

3.3. If a leader receives a warn/ban by mistake, they will be reinstated.

3.4. Disrespect toward players or administrators is prohibited, including insults and profanity in social media or in-game.

3.5. Changing your in-game nickname is prohibited (exceptions may apply).

3.6. Maintain a high level of RP within the faction and organize more RP events to keep morale high within the organization.

3.7. Leaders must ensure that members are trained to perform their duties, while senior staff must supervise and train them.

3.8. A deputy must be at least level 5 (for gangs) and at least level 5 (for state organizations). One deputy may be appointed based on trust, and two more via the interview process. If a trusted deputy is removed, an interview must be held for their position.

3.9. Mandatory participation in global RP events and server activities (Leader/Deputy).

3.10. Holding positions on other servers/projects is prohibited.

3.11. Being subscribed to groups, chats, or channels that sell accounts, currency, cheats, leaks, or similar content is prohibited.

3.12. Playing on other mobile third-party projects or holding positions elsewhere is prohibited.

3.13. If you log in or play using a VPN, notify the server administration in advance to avoid any issues.

3.14. RP sleep is prohibited. Standing AFK without ESC for long periods, being inactive, or farming salary is prohibited.

3.15. Leaders are forbidden from leaking any information from the leaders' conference/chats in Discord.

3.16. If a leader completes the minimum term of 21 days without serious violations, they may remain in the position or transfer leadership to their deputy, provided the deputy is approved by the Chief Admin.

3.17. If you have a warning on your account, you may only take a leader position 31 days after it was issued.

3.18. If your account was banned, you may only take a leader position 31 days after the unban.

3.19. Each leader is allowed 3 days of inactivity, which do not extend the leader term.

Note: You may activate these 3 days immediately after becoming leader; however, future inactivity days will extend the term (1 inactive day = +1 term day).

You may also split these 3 days, for example by taking 1 day per week within a 21-day period.

3.20. If you had chat mutes for serious violations (admin insults, insults toward relatives), you may take a leader position only 7 days after the punishment.

3.21. Sunday is considered a day off, however, deputies must maintain stable faction activity. Leaders must still meet online requirements.

3.22. Selling ranks is prohibited; punishment: removal and BL for 150 days.

3.23. If a leader successfully completes their term without punishments, they receive a bonus of 15,000 MC.

3.23.1. If a leader completes their term with punishments, then 1 warning = -5,000 MC.

  1. Rules for State Organizations.

4.1. When recruiting a player, check if they're on the Global BL for the region.

4.2. If you were appointed through an interview and a player claims to have returned from leave, verify leave applications and promotion reports. If the player's name is not listed, they are attempting to fraudulently obtain a high rank.

4.3. Every employee must be at their workplace during working hours. Exception: personal circumstances with approval from the server administration.

The organization's management determines employees' workplaces and monitors their attendance.

4.4. Favoritism within the faction — warning or removal from position.

4.5. It is prohibited to take other jobs or be out of uniform (exception: 1:00 PM–2:00 PM, 9:00 PM–9:00 AM).

4.6. The leader's working hours are from 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, with a break from 1:00 PM–2:00 PM. During working hours, the leader must focus on developing the faction. During the break, the leader may attend to personal matters and remove their uniform.

4.7. Recruiting into the organization without an RP check during the interview is prohibited.

4.8. Each leader must promote only competent and responsible employees to senior ranks.

4.9. Only the leader and deputies are authorized to conduct interviews and candidate checks in all state organizations. Other employees may not participate unless they are part of the HR department.

4.9.1. It is prohibited to go AFK or leave the game during an active interview. Exception: up to 5 minutes AFK if there is another interviewer/checker present; otherwise, up to 1 minute.

  1. Rules for Gangs.

5.1. Kidnappings may be performed starting from rank 5+.

5.2. If a leader takes an activity freeze, it must last at least 1 day per week.

Weekends: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM; Weekdays: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM

5.4. Recruiting at spawn points is prohibited.

Gang recruitment is allowed only in secluded places on the map and strictly through RP. Recruitment in green zones or high-traffic areas is prohibited.

5.5. If a leader takes control of all territories before their term ends, the leader is removed early and receives a bonus in accordance with clauses 3.23 and 3.23.1 of the leader rules.

  1. Leader Punishments.

6.1. Abuse of leader powers: warning / removal.

6.2. Playing on alt accounts is prohibited; punishment at administration's discretion. Repeat violation results in removal.

6.3. Absence for more than 2 days without notifying supervising staff: warning.

6.4. Hiring without RP checks (state organizations): warning.

6.5. Not completing a 21-day term: removal with warning.

6.6. If a leader does not complete 7 full days, they will be removed from the position and banned for 31 days. Important: the leader must meet the required activity quota during this period. The initial days allocated for setting up the Discord sections do not count toward the quota. If a leader goes inactive without notifying the supervising admins, they will be removed from the position.

6.7. Leader seen at Fortune Hall/side job/without uniform: warning. (Exceptions: illegal leaders, government leaders from 9:00 PM–9:00 AM and 1:00 PM–2:00 PM).

6.8. If a leader fails to complete the term and is removed with a warning, they may reapply only after a month.

  1. Blacklisting Leaders.

7.1. A player may be blacklisted for 30–180 days for various reasons, such as failure to complete term, serving less than 7 days, negligence, loss of trust from the administration, inappropriate behavior toward staff, etc.

7.2. Indefinite BL duration is determined by chief administration (for serious violations).

  1. Removal from Leaders BL is possible for players who were added indefinitely (depending on the reason for getting on the BL)

8.1. A player blacklisted indefinitely may be removed if:

  • They actively worked as a deputy, helping with global and regular RP events;

  • They served as deputy for at least three terms and obtained the leader position only through transfer of leadership.

If you are blacklisted for a fixed term, you can only be removed after the term ends.
