This topic contains the main rules and tips for members of organizations.
Senior staff in organizations must assist the leader and deputy. The leader independently determines the workload and structure of their senior staff. If a senior staff member receives a warning or a ban, they are automatically removed from their position. There are no limits on the number of senior positions, except for the deputy role (maximum 3 positions).
-
In the Government and Hospital, senior staff includes positions from rank 8.
-
In the Army, Emergency Response Service (ERS), FIB, Police, and Temp Media, senior staff includes positions from rank 7.
Appointments to leadership positions (ranks 7 and 8) in state organizations are made through the unified promotion system.
Senior staff exceptions:
-
Ranks 7 and 8 in the Army and rank 8 in the Government: 5 positions each.
-
Ranks 7 and 8 in the Emergency Response Service (ERS), FIB, Police, and Temp Media, and rank 8 in the Hospital: 4 positions each.
Note: The eligibility criteria for Army applications for ranks 7 and 8 must list a military ID as a requirement. Applicants without one cannot be appointed to these positions through the application process.
To become a deputy in any organization, you must pass a voice interview. Exception: a "trusted deputy" may be selected within 24 hours after a new leader is appointed (one time only).
Working hours in state organizations are from 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 PM–2:00 PM.
During this time, employees are forbidden to be out of their work uniform, work at side jobs, attend entertainment events, or engage in personal matters.
Exceptions: leader/deputy permission, service necessity, or participation in family business wars.
Employees must follow subordination only in RP chats. However, this does not mean they may behave inappropriately in non-RP faction chats. Repeat violations may result in dismissal for incompetence.
Applications can be submitted:
-
In the Government, Temp Media, Hospital, Army*, Police, and Emergency Response Service (ERS) for ranks 1–6
-
In the FIB—only for internship (rank 1) (trainee)
Note: Applying to the Army for ranks 2–6 requires a military ID, and this must be stated in the application.
