A police or FIB officer may handcuff no more than three offenders. To detain and take multiple offenders to the station, the officer must have a partner or call for backup — at least one officer from their organization with a vehicle. Otherwise, their actions will be considered Non-RP behavior. An officer may escort only one detainee at a time.
Note: if you arrest a player in Arzamas and your station is in Nikitino, you may not escort the player between the cities on foot. Doing so is also considered Non-RP.

Interviews and candidate screening may only be conducted by the leader, organization deputies, and members of the HR Department. All other members are prohibited from participating in interviews. Each faction has designated areas where interviews and candidate screening take place:

-
Civilians are prohibited from entering military base territory. The administration does not intervene in such situations. Military personnel must first demand that the intruder leave the area as part of the RP. They may open fire and eliminate the intruder only if the intruder refuses to comply.
-
Police and FIB officers are prohibited from intentionally arresting new players at train stations (spawn points) in violation of the general rules and regulations. | Account Warning; repeat offense — 1-day account ban.
The Army faction has tanks and helicopters. Tanks may be used only for RP situations. | Using tanks for DM: account warning.
