Becoming a Leader
Thinking about stepping up as a Leader? Read this carefully. Everything you need to know is right here!
What you need to apply:
- You must be responsible, calm, and able to communicate clearly.
- Your playtime has to be steady—at least 2 hours a day.
- No warns or bans within the last month. This is a must.
- A working microphone and access to Discord.
- Level 6 or higher in-game. No exceptions.
- You should be 15+ years old (exceptions are rare, so don't bank on it).
- Any faction improvements you plan must be included in your application—without them, your application will be
skipped.
- You must know the rules, leader responsibilities, RP commands, and terminology.
- If you were recently muted for major violations (like disrespecting staff or family mentions), at least 7 days must
have passed before you can apply.
Faction improvements: be original, not a copycat.
Want the position? Bring your own ideas. If you copy from the internet, you're out. Admins check everything, so don't
try to cheat the system.
Avoid generic goals like: "I'll fix the forums," "I'll be online a lot," or "I'll hold formations." That's the bare
minimum.
If you list an improvement, be ready to actually do it. Writing it just for show is a quick way to get removed.
Studying is mandatory
Make sure you memorize:
- your faction rules;
- department rules;
- radios and government broadcasts;
- leader duties and general state organization rules.
This isn't just for show—you will be tested on these.
The voice interview process:
- When the admin calls you, stay calm and introduce yourself: tell them who you are, your experience, and your typical
playtime.
- You'll be asked to explain 2–3 of your unique faction improvements. Be specific and get straight to the point.
- Next, you'll face a few RP scenarios where you need to react and roleplay correctly.
- Once finished, wait for the interviews to end. If the admins liked your performance, they'll get back to you.
You got picked! What's next:
- You'll get a message to jump into the game—do it immediately.
- After you log in, you may be teleported and, if needed, asked to confirm your account registration details, such as
the city, device, and registration date.
- The Chief Administrator or Deputy Chief Administrator will officially set you as leader.
- The faction supervisor will then walk you through how to manage your game server's Discord channels and workflows.
Congrats—you're now a leader.
Don't stress the interview
It's normal to be nervous, but remember: nobody is here to bite you or make fun of you. Stay calm, be confident, and
you'll do great.
One last piece of advice:
Don't rush to apply if you don't know how the faction works.
Join first, play the game, learn the rules, and try to become a deputy. You need to understand what it's actually like
to be in charge.
If you've already put in the time, learned the rules, and held a high rank, the interview will be much easier.
If you're ready and have the experience — write that application, make it look professional, and wait for your call.
