Factions are not just a formality. They are a way to have more fun in the game, dive deeper into RP, and simply level up as a player.
You’re not just working — you’re learning, growing, diving into the flow, and gaining a ton of new experience.
Each faction has its own leadership, and it is with them that you will level up, learning new things you hadn't even heard of before.
Here, everything is serious: there are positions, rules, and a career ladder. If you want to move up, take action—no laziness.
So if you're tired of running around the streets and want some real action — the factions are waiting for you.
To join the faction you like, you need to pass an interview. To do this, open the Tablet — Job Listings — Factions. Among the job listings, find the card of the faction you are interested in. It will indicate the required criteria and the interview time.
If there are no cards for the required faction, it means the interview is not scheduled at the moment; wait until it is organized. Before the interview, you should obtain all the necessary licenses and a medical card, as well as set up binds for RolePlay performances.
Creation of binds
To create binds, open the in-game keyboard by clicking on the chat at the top.
On the keyboard, tap the icon with the symbols, then select "Create binding."
Fill in the binds as in the example below, for the ID, each license, medical card, and military ID. Repeat the wording, just replacing the word "ID" with the required document. Then tap "Save."
And when you need these playbacks, just tap the desired binder.
After the role-plays, hand over your documents to the interviewer using the following commands:
-
/lic [Interviewer ID] — for licenses
-
/med [Interviewer ID] — for the medical record
-
/pass [Interviewer ID] — for the ID
-
/armybilet [Interviewer ID] — for the military ID
Then you need to take a psychological test and a test on knowledge of RolePlay terms.
