Businesses
Businesses are properties you manage for profit. You can sell goods or services, set your own surcharges, and upgrade
your business. However, you must stay active and keep the rent paid, or it may be taken away—nobody likes freeloaders!
Paying rent
To keep your business, you have to pay rent. If you don't, your business will be seized and auctioned. You can check
your rent and paid days in the business management section of the circle menu.
Pay your rent via the Property Payment pickup at any bank. You can pay for up to 10 days in advance (Premium users can
pay for longer).
Losing your business
You can lose your business for two reasons:
Unpaid rent.
Low activity*
- If you are in-game for less than 3 hours over a 6-day period (Monday to Saturday), your business will be seized and
put up for auction.

transactions must be closed.
To sell to a player, use the /sellmybiz command and enter their ID. The price must be higher than the state value for
the trade to be valid.
