Garages

You can find several garage clusters across the map, as well as private garages near houses in Busaevo and Batyrevo. To buy a garage, just walk up to it—if it's vacant, select Buy. You'll get a chat notification and a reminder to keep up with the payments. To sell your garage, you have two options: - Sell to the state for 50% of its cost. - Sell to a player for any price above the minimum limit. Note: If you miss your rent payments, the garage will be reset, and you will only be refunded 50% of its state value. Garages can be upgraded to hold more cars—2, 6, or even 12 vehicles. As you increase capacity, the interior of the garage will change to reflect the new size. In the garage menu, you can track info, set a GPS marker, manage locks, repair vehicles, listen to the radio, manage the safe or sell the garage. Some features require extra upgrades. Upgrade your garage to repair your vehicles, install a radio, a fridge, a safe or even an underground greenhouse to grow sprouts. Garages allow you to store and upgrade your vehicles, and can provide some additional income, too.

Apartments and Houses

How to buy: Available properties or those up for auction are marked on your map with a green marker. 1. On-site. Walk up to a building to see its price and stats. If it's unoccupied, you can view the interior or buy it instantly. 2. Real Estate Agency: Use the pickup at the agency entrance. You'll find two lists: Auction List and House List. The second one opens a list of vacant houses, apartments, and properties listed for auction. You can sell your apartment to another player or to the state. Note: When you sell a home, any items left in the closet are permanently lost. Every home starts with a set number of parking spaces. If you need more room for your fleet, go to the Upgrades section in the property menu and select Parking Space. The parking functionality is similar to regular parking meters but is only available to property owners. Managing your apartment You can manage your apartment through the circle menu: select Real Estate > Apartment. Here you can: - Install upgrades and make renovations - Check tax info and remaining paid days - Manage roommates and sell your property - Open and close the doors - View ownership history Roommates With the Co-Living upgrade, you can rent out space to up to 5 other players. The renter must not own property or already live as a roommate in another apartment. Note: If you are married, your spouse lives with you for free and doesn't count toward the roommate limit. If you divorce, they are automatically evicted. Roommates can spawn in the apartment when they log in and have their own home management interface, but without access to the safe or closet. They will be automatically evicted if they fail to pay the rent you've set. Note: A roommate can be evicted without explanation; they will leave the apartment the next day. Apartment upgrades Upgrades can be purchased through the apartment management menu. Availability depends on the class of your housing.
