Reports

Before you submit a report, make sure you understand the rules first. Yes, it's boring, but without them, your report could be rejected right away.

Here is what you need to check:

  • Report submission rules

  • Rules for reports against administrators

  • Forum rules

  • [F.A.Q.] How and where to upload evidence for a report

Don't mix up reports against regular players with reports against admins. They have different rules. Check both sections so you don't have to redo everything later.

Your report must follow both the forum rules and the general report rules, or it may be rejected.

Where to submit a report

  1. Go to your game server's Discord (for example, Server 1) and open the 🖊️・reports-and-appeals channel.

  2. Choose the required report section.

Here's a quick guide to the channels:

Report Admins—if you want to report an admin.

Report Chief Admins—if you want to report a Chief Admin or their deputy.

Penalty Appeals—if you want to appeal a permanent ban or blacklist.

Report Admins—if you were banned by a log specialist.

Report Players—if you want to report a player who isn't a member of an organization.

Against gang members—if someone from a gang broke the rules.

Against state employees—if they messed up.

Against family bizwar participants—if someone breaks the rules during a family war.

Against leaders/deputies—if a faction leader or deputy messes up.

Report Non-RP Scams—if you want to report a Non-RP scam.

How to submit a report correctly

  1. Choose the right section.

  2. Tap Create topic, as shown in the screenshot below.

  3. In the title, add your name + the reason, for example:

    Nik_Salvatore // Disagree

  4. Fill out the report form:

First-person evidence only. No third-party or unrelated proof.

After submitting your report, wait up to 24 hours for a decision. If more than 24 hours have passed and your report has not been reviewed, you can submit a report for failure to review it on time. The responsible staff members may be penalized.

If the report is approved, the case will be reviewed and any mistakes will be addressed to help prevent them in the future.

Main rule: use the form and attach evidence. Without that, there won't be any review.

Good luck with your reports, and may justice be on your side!
