Here you can:

Participate in auctions for houses, apartments, and businesses.
To enter the agency, stand on the marker by the entrance. Inside the agency, you will find two auction pickups: one for houses and apartments, and one for businesses.
Auction List
This pickup lists auctions for businesses, gas stations, and vehicle depots.
You can see the current bids and the time remaining. Select an auction to place a bid.
Placing a bid incurs a 1% commission. If you are outbid, your money is returned. Whoever's bid is last when the timer hits zero becomes the new owner.
House list
This menu is located to the right of the business auction.
Here you can:

View all vacant houses not yet owned by players or auctioned.

View the list of houses that are about to be reset due to unpaid taxes.

View all vacant apartments not yet owned by players or auctioned.
Ownership opportunity:
The real estate agency can be purchased as a business through the auction, just like any other enterprise.
