The Shooting Range is the place to hone your skills with firearms. GPS > Entertainment > Shooting Range.
Before you can enter, you must have a valid weapon license (see the Weapon License section for details). Once you have your license, enter the building and stand on the yellow marker to choose your training weapon.
Then head to the targets and start practicing. There are two types of targets available:

Static: Stationary targets perfect for precision practice.

Moving: Targets that test your reflexes and coordination.
Use the menu on the right to fire.
Every ten successful hits will increase your weapon skill by 1%. The more you practice, the better your proficiency becomes.

The Shooting Range can be purchased as a business.
Training is paid, and the owner has the power to set an entry fee and apply a surcharge of up to 100%.
