This is where you go to pass your medical exam, which is required to join the Army.
Start by speaking with the Head Nurse. Just go up to her and tap Interact.
After that, a menu will show a list of doctors you need to visit. You can see them in any order. When they ask you questions, simply answer "No."
If you lose track of which doctors you've seen, you can always check your progress with the nurse.
Medical cards are valid for one month and must be renewed through hospital staff.
